Program Day 1
Mix of plenary and workshops
Because many of our visitors are chefs, we want to keep the event interactive and inspiring. During the
day we split the group in 4; and each group will do an intimate workshop with each speaker.
This way we make it possible to organize a tasting for each workshop, but also stimulate interaction,
discussions and questions. This was the success of the 2023 event and made sure all visitors were
actively present the complete day
Each keynote speaker will be paired with a UFS global chef - who wills serve a dish / component /
tasting during the presentation in line with the trend.
